• If you notice something is wrong, Send an email through the website with your order number, A picture or video. and the concern.  If it is deemed to be defective and not an installation error.
• Up to 90 days. A replacement is on us.

Refunds

• If you make a purchase. You have 12 hours to request a full refund. ( if the order has not been fulfilled).

Shipping

• You will be responsible for ensuring your address is correct and paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
• If your package is returned to us as undelivered, we will make 1 attempt to contact you via email before restocking your item. You will have to repurchase your item if you do not respond in a timely manner. Should you respond with the correct address within the given time frame, we will resend upon your payment of additional shipping costs.  MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT!
• Once we ship your package and send you your tracking number, we are not liable for delivery time/exceptions. Any issues will have to be resolved through your local postal carrier 
• International: we will not be responsible for packages lost in transit once they have left the United States. We are also not responsible for damages incurred during shipping or the time it takes for your package to arrive.  MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT!
